FIBEP (Federation Internationale des Bureaux d'Extraits de Presse) is a non-profit association of press cutting agencies. It was established in France in 1953.

The governing bodies of FIBEP are:

• the ordinary General Meeting
• the extraordinary General Meeting
• the Executive Committee

An ordinary General Meeting (congress) is convened each 18 months bringing together all members of FIBEP.
